Signing on with a Compliance Advisor password
To sign on with your Compliance Advisor password, type your password in the Password text box and a project identifier (ID) in the Project ID text box at the Sign On page. Then click Sign On.
If the Username text box is displayed at the Sign-On page and you want to sign on with your Compliance Advisor password, click Switch to sign on using a Password in the right frame. Then type your password in the Password text box and a project ID in the Project ID text box and click Sign On.
A Compliance Advisor password provides access to Compliance Advisor only. It does not provide access to any other services or products.
Signing on with a personalized username and password
To sign on to Compliance Advisor with a personalized username and password, type your personalized username in the Username text box, your personalized password in the Password text box, and a project ID in the Project ID text box at the Sign On page. (Check with the appropriate person at your firm if you are not sure what to enter for a project ID.) Then click Sign On.
If the Username text box is not displayed at the Sign On page, click Switch to sign on using your own Username and Password in the right frame. Then type your personalized username and password in the Username and Password text boxes, and a project ID in the Project ID text box, and click Sign On.
If you are a new user and did not create a personalized username and password during the initial registration process, click Switch to sign on using your own Username and Password in the right frame. Then follow these steps to create a username and password:
Click New Users click here. The Manage My OnePass Account page is displayed.
Click Create Account and follow the on-screen instructions.
