Latest Updates

The Latest Updates tab allows you to retrieve laws and regulations that have recently been enacted or have recently changed. In addition, Latest Updates provides plain-English descriptions of newly enacted provisions. You can also sign up to have new legislative enactments automatically sent to you via e-mail.

To view all the statutes and regulations that have recently been enacted or adopted in a jurisdiction, follow these steps:

1. Click the Latest Updates tab.

2. Select a date range from the Select a Date range drop-down list, e.g., Last 30 Days.

3. Select one or more jurisdictions by selecting their check boxes. To select all jurisdictions, click Select All. To clear all the check boxes, click Clear All.

4. Click Go. Documents are listed in alphabetical order by jurisdiction.

E-Mail Alerts

To automatically receive a weekly e-mail containing all new legislative enactments from the previous seven days, click E-Mail Alerts. At the E-Mail Alerts page, type an e-mail address in the text box and click Subscribe.
