Searching Oden Forms

The Oden State Rules and Regulations service provides forms and checklist on selected topics from insurance departments in selected states and the National Association of Insurance Commissioners. The forms and checklists are available in PDF to expedite your work flow. You can run a simple or advanced search or use a template to retrieve these forms. To use the template to retrieve forms relating to a specific topic, choose a topic from the Form Type list box, then select a jurisdiction, and click Search.

Searching West Insurance Forms

Westlaw Compliance Advisor provides access to thousands of other forms and instructions. These forms, which are available for all 50 states and the District of Columbia, cover all aspects of insurance law. Use either a simple or advanced search to retrieve these forms. For example, to retrieve adjuster license applications, follow these steps:

1. Click the Forms tab if it is not already displayed.
    
2. Click West Insurance Forms.
   
3. Click Advanced.
   
4. In the text box, type adjuster /s license /s application.
   
5. Click Search.
