How do I use the Navigator Search feature?
Click the Navigator tab if it is not already displayed. A list of topics for which searches are available is displayed. If desired, click Tree View in the upper-right corner of the tab to view the list in outline format.
Browse the list of topics. In Web view, topics are arranged in folders. Click the folder names to browse the list. In tree view, click the plus (+) and minus (–) symbols to browse the list.
To select a topic to search, click the topic name.
What content is included in my result?
The Navigator tool retrieves statutes and regulations.
How do I view the full text of documents in my result?
The citations of documents you retrieve are displayed in the result list. The result list is organized alphabetically by jurisdiction and also displays the type of document (e.g., regulation or statute), the name of the document, and the effective date. To view the complete text of a document, click its citation.

The Navigator Search feature allows you to search the list of Navigator topics and subtopics for a specific term or phrase. To run a search, follow these steps:
At the Navigator tab, type a term or phrase in the Search Healthcare Navigator text box.
Synonyms are automatically included in a Navigator search. If you do not want to include synonyms, clear the Include Synonyms check box.
Click Search. A list of the topics and subtopics containing your term or phrase is displayed.
Click a topic to view the applicable statutes and regulations.
