Forms

Note: Forms are available only for Consumer Banking.

Westlaw Compliance Advisor provides access to Banking and Lending Institution Forms, an encyclopedia of forms addressing all types of lending, leasing, financing, bank operations, and compliance. The forms are provided by practicing attorneys who specialize in the area addressed and range from those for the simplest transactions to those for highly sophisticated, complex transactions. To retrieve forms, click the Forms tab. For example, to retrieve a student credit card application form, follow these steps:

1. Click the Forms tab if it is not already displayed.
2. Click Advanced if it is not already selected.
3. In the text box, type student /s “credit card” /s application.
4. Click Search.
